Brittany Tank:  Sacramento, CA - 21
Btank has been riding since she was just 6 years old but only recently started taking her riding on a more competitive, serious level. She recently took 2nd place at her first individual competition and is looking forward to more podiums in the future. Giving back to the wakeboard community means a lot for her, from wounded warrior events out on the lake or volunteering her time at boat shows. Growing up with a boat and now riding nearly every summer day has truly become lifestyle for this young rider. You can find Btank out on Folsom Lake in Granite Bay, CA behind a  Super Air Nautique G23 on her Hyperlite Prizm board. Instagram: @btaankk

Jason Sternberg:  Mineral, VA - 17
17 year old Jason Sternberg is a semi pro skim rider that hails from the east coast in Virginia.  He's currently holds a world 11 ranking.  About to turn pro, RIGG has been lucky to pick up such a talented rider.  Jason is sponsored by Phase 5 boards and his weapon of choice is the ever trusty Hammerhead.  His home lake is Lake Anna out in Virginia.  If you're out that way, look for the sickest skim shredder behind a 2017 Centurion SV244 making Tsunamis.  Instagram: @jasonsternberg

Chico State University Wakeboard Team
Chico State Wakeboarding was formed in 2006 as a recreational club, but now competes on the collegiate wakeboard circuit against teams from all around the nation. The team has qualified for the Collegiate Wakeboard Nationals every year since its inception, including a 3rd place finish in 2009, 1st place finish in 2010, and 2nd place finish in 2011. Their outstanding achievement also earned them the title of "Best in the West" for the first time, as no other Western Region team finished higher than Chico State. Currently ranked 4th in the nation the Chico State Wakeboard Team continues to put the small Northern California school on the map. In the wake of devastating budget cuts, the club has fought through adversity and continues to grow the sport of wakeboarding in community. This year the team was able to purchase their own boat, a 1997 Sanger v210, through fundraising and generous donations. They are fortunate enough to be able to practice at a private lake north of Chico, where team members are allowed to, and encouraged to go out and ride daily. Instagram: @chicostatewake
